Coach & Personal Trainer
Cat is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, British Weightlifting Level 2 Coach and a Level 3 Personal Trainer. She is also an accomplished group fitness instructor instructing in various Les Mills programmes including Grit and Bodycombat.
Cat qualified as a personal trainer over three years ago. She has helped hundreds achieve their fitness goals.
From group fitness, setting up and running a local British Weightlifting affiliated club (which amalgamated with ours), coaching beginners through to advanced lifters, organising competitions, coaching bootcamps, CrossFit, and 1-1 training, Cat's experience is wide and varied, and her energy never ending. Cat is dedicated to helping you feel fantastic.
